Coro Black Thermoset Parure — Necklace, Bracelet, Earrings

This is a vintage Coro necklace, bracelet and earring set. This set has black lucite/plastic “stones.” I am taking my lead from Mrs.CrystalShip and posting something that isn’t perfect. I own three of these sets — and yet, don’t actually have (the material to complete) a single set, because there are problems with each. The set with green stones has verdigris. The blue set has two broken stones. This set, which is the best of all, is a work in process, with a gold chain replacing the missing original. Many of the extant Coro sets of the 1950s and 1960s have chain problems. This set was, unfortunately, listed as Mint by the seller, and the online photos were not quite right. I did not have the heart to send it back. So, this post is also a work in process, as I search for a legitimate silver tone chain Coro replacement — match for the original. Cheers.

Necklace is 16” in length.
Bracelet is 6 1/2” in length.
Earrings are 7/8” (widest part) x 1 1/2”.
