My theory is this according to what I find in my large interwar Czech glass collection. There were pre 1930 better quality art glass found in the Butler Brothers catalogs between the years 1928 to 1932, then this changes in two ways, the advertisements stop, and the quality become more economic fabrication techniques, such as fewer layers of glass, simpler decors, simpler shapes, and less quantity of exports to adjust to the lower demand or decorative art glass goods during the Great Depression.

What I see is similar pieces as in this instance, same maker, with some alterations in molds and glass fabrication, size and weight.

Adding a comment to show with links more of these type of glass pieces with straight sides and 2 base rings. they have the same general Kralik shape of trimmed rims and handles, except the body was bulbous instead of narrow:
      in the BB adverts 1928-32.
