Despite the worldwide outbreak of the Corona virus, antique jewelry collectors do not stop looking for beautiful things. Long after one of my passions in this area was collecting Mikro Mozaiek and Berliner Eisen, I have also admired Antique Pietra Dura jewelry (mainly made in Florence, Italy).
This beautiful pendant, probably used as a funeral jewelry, is made of silver with 10K gold. The back contains a locket in which hair or other keepsakes could be kept.
The sizes are: 2.2 x 1.2 inches.
