this was a birthday gift from my sister, who purchased it while on business in New York.
It is a perfume bottle in the shape of a calla lily, signed by the artist. approx. 7"h x 2.5"w, called CAL-PERFUME.
I can't make out the signature, however I have located the gallery from which they are displayed and sold. Kela's Glass Gallery.
Kela’s...a glass gallery was established in 1994 on the beautiful island of Kauai. Mimi is the owner of Kela's Glass Gallery in Kauai Hawaii. She is a 25 year veteran of ceramic and glass art. She works at a studio located in the heart of lush green mountains on the island of Kauai, which is an island ruled by wild roosters and hens. The goal to open the gallery stemmed from a frustration of not being able to find a wide selection of specialty retail glass art and feeling as a consumer at that time that the existing galleries charged too much for their art (VALUE!). From day one, we feel we have successfully addressed those concerns. Kela’s is annually nominated as one of the Niche Top 100 Craft Retailers in the country.
