help with cut glass puff jar

Hi everyone. I'm still learning the literal thousands of cut glass patterns (I need some good reference books :). I recently found this nice Victorian cut glass puff jar. It refracts light nicely and has a heavily ground base. Can any one give me and leads as to pattern or maker? Any info is better than none lol. Thanks everyone.
