Old brown cup

I'm trying to identify the origin of this cup, I have searched the internet for anything similar but have had no luck, there is no marking on the base but there are flowers painted on the inside and six lots of three cobalt blue lines along the rim, the cup has an appearance of cracked brown glaze and appears to be hand painted. Any help in identifying this would be much appreciated.
