Coppelia is a decor that comes in four color combinations; either a yellow or white ground with either silberiris or dark green applied elements. The version with dark green applications is a little more unusual; the "gelb m. silberiris" are the most common. This piece is similar to PN II-1751 in all aspects, but the decor is not listed in the production notes, hence the "st" designation. I like this one also because of the alternating lengths of the applied drops - mentioned in the production notes as längere (longer) and kürzere (shorter). The last photo shows the difference between gelb and weiss Coppelia, along with a decor that closely matches Coppelia Weiss, except that the drops are round at the end instead of three-part.
Forgive my ignorance, but what does "st" actually stand for?
St = similar to... the piece matches the paper pattern, but the decor is not listed for that shape.
