Hi I recently found this in a consignment of Zippo lighters I bought. I know it’s a trench lighter but that’s it. Can anyone tell me about this lighter?
When and where it came from.
    Any information is appreciated!
    Thanks

Ditto. It's got to be a repro. Bigfish, you will want to take out the flint to prevent any further corrosion. Many collectors even don't know that the flint is what causes all the damage in lighters when stored and not used. Ever go to replace a flint and it's just dust, literally! That's where the whole problem lies. If this was an original piece, it would have a dark patina to it even if it had been cleaned.
