looks to be an EAPG bread plate called 'Diagonal Band' by Burlington Glass Works, ca.1880s. Alto' Burlington is the noted maker in my ref. there are others stating maker as unknown. Some would also argue that since Burlington is a Canadian company that is really isn't considered EAPG.

Recent research has proved this to be the Jewel (OMN) pattern by McKee Brothers, from the 1880s. Before the OMN was found, collectors called it "Diagonal Band", but pieces of Ripley's Greek (OMN) are also lumped into the "Diagonal Band" classification (sometimes called "Diagonal Band with Fan"). Then there is "Clear Diagonal Band" (OMN: Eureka), maker unknown. All this confusion can be easily eliminated if OMNs are used.

Ok Ok, lol...You give me all these names, just send me the plate in a picture...then mark it solved.......lol...I have been around the world.....getting dizzy over here.So what I have is a bread glass plate....called diagonal Band, so Ripley had to come in and lump it up. now we add a fan to it. Now to clear it up we add Clear. Got it.
      ummm
