Hi everyone. This simple creamer has a diamond/diamond point motif surrounding the lower portion then the upper is the popular colonial panels. 3 in wide, 3 1/2 in tall. Rayed base. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

2 very similar patterns... one is EAPG - U.S. Glass #311 Dunmoyle c1900, the other is later Bartlett-Collins #65 Paneled Smocking c1920s... to me this looks to be Bartlett-Collins.
