Two random glass 'goblets' (the smaller one maybe an ice-cream float glass?) from the cleanout house, just because they were a) there and b) otherwise not chipped up. ;-)
The bigger one is a little over 7" high and 3-1/2" across (3" base) with a matching kinda 'sunburst' (?) pattern on its opposite sides. The smaller is a little over 6" tall and 2-3/4" across its top and base with a kinda 'flower' design which again is 'doubled' on its opposite sides, the 'flowers' (etc) are clear and appearing on a kinda 'herringbone' background pattern behind 'em.
The bigger one is very likely a contemporary (common, cheapish) piece, the smaller one might actually have a little age to it...I don't have the slightest actual idea in either case. The are both completely unmarked. Any further clues welcomed!! :-) :-) :-)
Libbey Glass "Hobstar" goblet and Jeannette Glass "Iris" footed tumbler
Another stab at trying to catch up w/my THANK YOUS of late before the last of my daily energy runs out and I gotta go off and get horizontal again... ;-)
TallCakes and keramikos come first for your (surprise, surprise?) further real info about these -- also to aura, Vynil33rpm, fortapache, vetraio50, MALKEY, Brunswick, Watchsearcher, keramikos & AdeleC for the <loves>.
