      Looks to be a c. 1940 Master ice cooler, by maker Westinghouse or Cavalier. Maybe original paint with that trademark showing on the logo, that detail is typically lost when refurbished. There may be a series of raised letters/numbers on the inside liner, which will help you identify. See link below for a helpful resource put together by CW's toolboxted.
