Rare, Old and unusual....green bobbly glass - has anyone seen one like it?

I saw this single glass recently and thought it was very unusual. It is 6 3/4” x 2 1/4”. The midriff has a pressed out spherical thumbprints for want of another description!! Then there is a ridge near the base of the cup and a large knop stem and heavy base. The colour is bright teal peacock green.. It seems pressed into a mould then joined to the stem and base. There are no seam marks. I feel it is really old may 18th 19th century... Has anyone seen another of these.....??? Please??? ????
