Vintage Huot Food Chopper

This food chopper was made by the Huot Company of St. Paul, Minnesota. Huot has been in existence since 1926. They no longer make small tools such as this, but produce industrial and mechanics' items. And ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE STILL MADE IN THE USA!!!!!

This chopper is about 7 inches (18Cm) in length, and 4.75 (12Cm) tall.It has a fluted stainless steel blade which serves two purposes, it adds aesthetics to the chopped fruits and vegetables, and when the chopped items are baked or fried, the fluting exposes the item to more air or oil so that it cooks better and quicker.
