This vase is 8" high x 3" diameter with two labels. It appears to have been made by swinging it in a mold. The bottom either formed in the mold or was hot worked. Note in the post linked below by racer4four of some of her UGS vases, that bottoms have been ground flat and the inner layer of glass is exposed. I could find nothing new about UGS Glass in my most recent research. UGS was probably an exporter of another maker's glass as similarly labeled vases have been found in Australia and the U.S. The third item purchased with my April glass budget. It is a much nicer piece of glass than shown by the photos.

I was going to say the base is interesting on this Kevin. The sticker looks later to me so maybe they had a production change.
Thanks for your comment Karen. This is the only one I have seen that does not have some sort of grind on the bottom. I have seen others which are ground but the grind does not go through more than one layer of glass like the ones you show in your post.
