Another thrift store find. It is marked 14k. I'm not sure you can see that on the last photo. Enamel and ruby buttons on the jacket. I have seen this brooch listed as signed Martine. I tried to research Martine but have not turned up anything. this example has a little damage on the enamel.
I find his face a bit creepy. Do you?

I am not quite a coulrophobiac but yeah, clowns are generally creepy.
This one seems more goofy to me so I would wear this!
Hi Karen, I just thought he needed eyeballs in the eyes. All white like that? Maybe something was there and was worn off. I don't think he looks malicious, only that he is missing something. Great to hear from you and thanks for weighing in Valentino97.

I'm totally with you one the creepy thing, looks like a little kid painted it or someone that had one to may to drink!!! Lol. I would have definitely bought it too had I found it then headed straight over to the pawn shop to exchange it for cash, obviously more than i paid for it. Would have added it to the little pieces I have for the weight and would have come out happy!!!
