Five Green to Clear Hand-painted Enamel Cups / Mugs

Here are 5 of the same Hand-painted Enamel Cups / Mugs, at the top the glass is green (lime) and goes to clear. Each cup has been hand-painted in a floral leaf style design. Starting at the base of the handle, flowing upwards to the rim around the piece there is a swirl pattern in the glass.
That's all I know, I have tried to identify the maker or origin with not luck. Bohemian, German ????
