Charel Jewelry Co., Inc., Brooklyn, New York — This is a 1950s Bakelite set of Necklace, Bracelet & Earrings.

Charel produced jewelry between 1945 - 1959. The quality is considered equal to Lisner high end items. However, Charel sets seem to be more rare than do Lisner groupings. The company is best known for its Bakelite and Lucite 1950s jewelry. Yet they did produce nonBakelite and nonLucite items.

Necklace — 17”
Bracelet — 7 1/2”
Earrings — 3/4” x 1 1/2”

Beautiful and stylish set, love the arrowhead shape necklace & marbled stones. Nice to see a new vintage designer here, your collection has wonderful variety!

I love the gold tone here. I recall all the jewellery I came across at yard sales back in the 80's but here in Sask. it all appeared to be really roached and rusty condition. This is a beautiful set !~
