help with cobalt glass

Hi again. This is simply a punch cup in that same pattern as another post of mine showing a soup bowl and saucer. Has 3 mold seams (barely noticeable) a ground base and seems to be a higher quality and slightly darker blue glass than the "Moderntone" & "Aurora" pieces I display it with. Any idea on maker/pattern? Check my other post for a better look at the pattern. Thanks :)
