What era is this chair?

I recently purchased this chair and I am in the process of redoing it. I have never done this before and absolutely love this chair. I believe it is made of mahogany and has burlap and spring bottom. It has been redone numerous times and doesn’t have a name or date or anything anywhere. Please help me!
