Vintage cascade dangling earrings

I have these fantastic vintage cascade earrings with purple flowers. This is old custome jewelry made of plastic, glass beads and what I think is brass. Clipon earrings. They are about 4 cm long. The purple flowers are really small. It looks like the strand of beads and flowers have been sawn by hand onto some sort of fabric cloth that has then been fastened on the back of the base of the brass clip on.
I don't know anything about them. Could they be from around the 50's?

I think they are both crazy and lovely at the same time. They have a feeling about them of "If it is partytime why not go all in :)"
