Can anyone identify this for me. Possibly a scent bottle? Floral pattern with pinprick writing which looks like “No 37” “1833” And possibly “July”. It’s been in my family forever, the original owner being connected to the potteries in Stoke on Trent, England. Any information would be very welcome. Thank you.

thinking it is more of a scent bottle, possibly one that was worn as a necklace or off the belt. no sure though. very nice
