Is this a chocolate set or a tea/coffee set? From Germany- looking for more info!

Hi! I'm looking for more information on this. The cups are shaped like coffee cups and I read that Chocolate sets have short spouts.....so i'm not sure what this is? The bottom of the teapot/chocolate pot/ coffee pot says "Gesetzlich Geschutzt which I read means "copyright protected" in German. There are markings printed 7121 2L? The other pieces have numbers like 72 or 7Z I can't ell exactly. There are also numbers carved in or some are raised. I can only have 4 pics here. Please let me know what you think!
