Hello again. This is a 7 in tall hand-painted cut glass bud vase. Perfectly flat ground vase and the paint...especially the gold filigree is so thick it nearly feels like pressed glass patterns. I have located an example of this vase in a 1902-1903 Pitkin & Brooks catalogue listed as #3570. I know that many cut glass companies purchased blanks then added further decorations themselves such as etchings and paint. My big question is this: Is this American or of another country such as France or Czechoslovakia? Any help would be grealty appreciated. Thanks everyone. :)
