I just want to find more information about this level. I checked online but they all have a 3 stamped on it. Mine has a 2.

I'm trying to figure out that brass stamped plate on the brass face ? How can it set level with that there ? Somebody tell us why it is there .

Good point. I never thought of that. There is supposed to be one on the smaller brass as well I think. That is what the 2 slots are for. I can't find another picture of this exact level anywhere.

It just plugs in ? Must be a reason.
    4. Myburnername, 4 years ago
The plugs cover the adjustment screws.

But, doesn't that keep it from setting level, or is it recessed below the face ?
