Brass Sewing Shears with Etched & Painted Native American Designs

These shears appear to be made of brass and have designs etched in them. They also have black, red, and blue paint in the etchings that give them a Native American look. They bear no markings that indicate where or when they were made or by whom. I can't find anything online that is even close to these.
Would love to know ANYTHING about them.
