ILLUSIVE SIGNATURE E.A.G. On the base of this 12” optic blue Pedistal VASE

This strikingly handsome vase has the letters E.A.G. Impressed in the pontil. Please can anyone tell me what the initials stand for...it driving me mad looking... I have come across two more items with the same mark but no-one seems to know what it stands for...??????
