Have you seen

Hello, Thanks for taking a look. This is a lamp that was hanging on a building being torn down next door to me. Can anyone tell me anything about this light? I have checked every antique store in the area and no one has been able to tell me anything about it.. Should I toss it out in the junk or keep it? Thanks for any help. Rob
