This dog is 4" long x 3" high x 2" deep. It has its original label. Muurla is still in business and has a web site but I could find out very little about its history. Today Muurla seems to focus on many product lines with less emphasis on glass. I am still researching this company. This dog is probably meant to be used as a paperweight.

I give myself $120 a month for buying things for my collections. Maybe that is a bit too much when I am trying to reduce my collection, but it keeps me entertained. This little dog was only $12 USD (11.09 Euro).
