Red Crown Foil Sticker Murano Wannabe Japanese?

Hello all. I have a very nice art glass dish here. I had thought it was Murano. I thought the quality and feel was there. There is a red crown foil sticker attached reading " Hand Made Genuine Hand Blown." Again I thought it was Murano until I started researching it. Seems like there are not too much references to this foil mark. Here on Collectors Weekly, it was addressed without some conclusion. It was thought to be a Northern American import piece from Japan? It was also believed to be possible made by Daysun? I was just wondering if this piece is indeed Japanese and not Murano. If so, I bet that there are a lot of stuff out there that isn't Murano.
