Hello everyone, I got this toolbox about 20 years ago from a yard sale, but I can't tell what kind of tools it was designed for. It is big and heavy as it is, without the tools, but it has a leather-made handle that suggests mobility. Three locks and copper/brass looking corners, chain to hold the lid up... It is too narrow and wide, in my opinion, to hold conventional tools, but I don't know much about the toolboxes.
I would sooner think a box that dimension was made to hold small parts.
could be used by a locksmith, watch reapair person, finish carpenter, etc...
