I need help identifying this rug. It is app: 8ft. X 11ft. I purchased it at a flea market and it looks to be hand made. I can't find anything like it to compair it with. I was told it is not Navajo. Someone suggested it may be from Mexico or Peru. I would love to find out how old it is and where it came from and who made it.

Anyone recognize this rug or pattern? It is not Navajo. Some suggested Mexican or from Peru. It is hand made. Size is app; 8ft. X 11ft. I purchased it at a flea market. I can send more photos to anyone that can help. Thanks

this is a dhurry handwoven rug not to be confused with a Khelim. Many of these patterns were woven in India.
