This is a follow up post on "The Chief" Playset. These are the engines.
The hook and ladder is about 22". Got the back seat driver, the tillerman, steering the back wheels.
    The Pumper is about "15.
Notice one side of the trucks is heavily decorated and chromed, this was the side facing the front of the display box. Compare it to the spartan back side. Theses are hard to find complete and in good shape. The nozzle on the fire hose gets my nomination to The Easily Lost Toy Piece Hall of Fame.

The easily lost toy piece hall of fame is a great idea. I am very familiar with those. Mike Hazzard's tie is in there.

Fort A, I completely agree with you about Mike's tie. The incredibly short and smaller diameter peg on the tie never secures it to the larger hole on Mike's collar. You have to put his vest on to keep the tie from falling off, you still have to push the tie back up on the collar.
