This Native American vintage sterling silver item I think it is by Lutricia Yellowhair. I am not sure if it is a pendant or a charm. It looks like something made for a very small doll. It is only 1 & 1/4 inch long. The pattern on the front and the hallmark on the back that is why. But I am not completely positive. It not like the jewelry you would think. Is any one familiar with this or have seen it somewheres?
