I bought this at the flea market and it was a mess. I took Goo Gone and soaked it. There was an iron on patch on the base and I removed it.

    i think I got a treasure.

Does anyone know who the manufacturer might be and year?

yes, if you have time to post a picture! That would be so cool!

I see you post alot and reply to alot of people and their questions. I think that is a very nice thing for you to do to help people understand what they own.

I am lucky I live near this flea market. I am not a "collector" I just know what i like. I look for different glass. A few weeks ago i bought and orange compote for $1. I thought it was a Fenton. I was wrong...it was a Viking! You never know what you are going to find, or what it's history is.

So it is a huge help, because now I sit here and look at some of my things and i know now who made it, it's approx. age, etc for your postings.

      Thank you!
