Beautiful vase, that states Hull on bottom Made in USA ...
9 1/2 " tall approx 5" width
number 28 on it.

I think that would be IRIS NARCISSUS, but I could be wrong . Found some examples of that pattern, but not that vase. They have nice price tags on them.
