Hi. Struggling with this one & could use some help. First, we can't decipher the artist's name. Second, we don't recognize the location in the painting, might be real, might be purely fictional. The size is approx. 12" x 9 1/2" and the surface is some type of textured wood, like bamboo or balsa. Does anybody recognize the artist's signature and/or the location shown in the painting?
