I came across this little miniature beer stein. It appears to be hand painted ceramic. The lid is a lightweight material- I thought pewter at first but too light I think. Maybe silver or silver plate. I have no idea what the words mean as they are in German. There appears to be some sort of makers mark near the handle. Does anyone know anything about these?
