These artifacts were found in my local creek in Bethania North Carolina there is a total of 28 pottery shards a half crescent efigy with etching a heart breaker all creek finds

If a point is "unfluted" it isn't a Clovis point. By definition, a Clovis point has "a base that is distinctly concave with a characteristic flute or channel." It's what identifies a Clovis point as Clovis.
That's a nice, complete point, but with no concave base and no flute. it's definitely not a Clovis.
It’s a joy to see all that you have found. It must be very exciting to keep pulling these out of the creek area.
