This pass weekend my husband and I won 2 lots of cufflinks, we picked them up on Monday and I looked to see what was good and was not which was just a few out of about 50 or cufflinks. Anyway this piece was in with the cufflinks and at first I thought to myself, that's not a cufflink, so I picked and looked at it and saw it had 2 pin fasteners, one on each end, I saw that it also could extend by just pushing it slightly. I cleaned it up today and notice there was a marking on the one end, no name just Pat. Pend, no other markings. So I am baffled as to what kind of pin it could be, looks to be from the Victoria era or early 1900's. I was thinking it could be a collar pin for a blouse or a sweater...Any clues or what you think it could be? Thank you
