One thing I hated most about quarantine was no thrift shop visits! Oh and having to wear masks when seeing my patients. Anyhows, I found this for a couple bucks, marked but I cannot make out the mark under the 925. Maybe someone with better eyes than I can.The mark to the left is an S with a bar through the middle...can't find that one in the encyclopedia of silver maker marks online. Ideas?
Beautiful sterling necklace, the filigree design is wonderful & the blue stones are truly lovely, they give a star sapphire or lapis appearance
Thank you for looking. :) I'm already wearing it out hahaha
Beautiful, probably Middle Eastern, in the Persian style, they had special marks in Arabic including the numbers for their silver jewelry, at least you have the 925, great find! Thanks for posting.
I think that is Israeli. Look at the mark under the 925. I think it says Israel in Hebrew. Israeli jewelry often has English marks also, hence the S mark. Really gorgeous necklace.
