Composition doll late 40's-50s likely . Her hair is synthetic and unusual for a compo doll so not sure if replaced. Her marks are probably under her wig a bit higher on neck or her back . Nice you save her and other doll from a certain incinerator ! Look again for marks ok

I can't see face with eyes open so hard to tell for sure but looks like a Anne Shirley Effanbee doll. I just saw this old post LOL give me a photo eyes open and her sitting up ok
