My father recently passed away and this was one of the only things I wanted from the house. I used to help him garden and I have always loved this pot. I do not think it has a monetary value, expect to me.
It does not show a manufacturer and my guess is the purchase date was early to mid 60's. We lived in Southern California - he likely purchased it at a local garden center or nursery. It's very heavy and you can see, due to the chipping, it must have been dropped.
I would really like to find some similar pieces...in size, color and era, but I am having difficulty searching on anything narrow enough to produce results.
It's 17" wide and 14.5" tall
Is this just too vague and run of the mill to find it a friend?
