Not sure if this is uranium glass and I have no black light to test.I am interested in knowing more about the piece...still a learner and beginner glass collector. I took a photo of the base which has three seams and appears to be pressed glass although the top tortion appears to be blown. Are they fused?
Thank you so much...you know I collect partly because things are so beautiful...but the other piece is the mysteries just send me on such lovely adventures of discovery. Peace.
tho' Fenton did made similar patterns, this looks to be the 'Twister' pattern by Jefferson Glass c1904. The color is green opalescent and the form is called a swung vase. Not familiar with the color to know if it is UV reactive due to uranium salts, but it's not vaseline glass, which is yellow.
