Ancient Chinese Teapot, can anyone tell me about it

I have an extremley old Chinese teapot but know nothing about it at all. It is in great condition for age but has a chip on the lid and a few hairline cracks. Would be very interested if anyone has any information as to date or value. You can see hand marks inside but there is no markings on the bottom or anything that I can see.
