    Needs identifying. Made of Brass/Bronze. Approx. 13.5 x 8.5 cm overall and 0.5cm thick. Seems to have 2 lugs which would have allowed a fixing to another piece of metal

      No. The house is in Biggin Hill.

      Well Biggin Hill means nothing except to people who live there I guess. Let me be more specific. Is it the type house that may have had a weather vane at some point? This looks like one of the arms out of a weather vane kit that was sold a number of years ago.
