I do not know who the manufacturer is of these two pieces.
I put them together with a tea lite ring inside the bowl and I have a nice candle
Does anyone know the age and manufacturer of the glass?

Compote is from Imperial's NuCut line. It is probably marked NuCut on the inside in the bottom.
The other piece is a rosebowl, made by Cambridge Glass Co around 1905. This is their Fernland (OMN) pattern.
I'd be very careful putting a candle in the rosebowl. The heat can crack the glass.
I use the little tea lite candles that contain a battery. They even flicker, and when set inside glass, you cannot tell it is not a real candle. These look especially nice set in ruby stained tumblers and spooners.

Yes, you are right! It's very hard to see, but it does say NuCut
