I've just purchased this one and couldn't wait to show it to you... A black galalith and chrome gate bracelet by Art Deco genius designer Jakob Bengel. It dates from the 1930's and it is in pretty good condition for its age. It measures 7.25 inches (18cm) from clasp to clasp, and it is 1.25 inch (3cm) wide. It is very typical of Art Deco jewelry and has appeared in many books. No need to say I'm happy and proud to have it in my humble collection! :)

So cool! In my early days of collecting I saw one of these for sale. It was red. Unfortunately I didn't buy it because I didn't know then what it was and that I actually saw a great price. Now I know better and feel sick thinking I could have had one of these on my arm had I had better knowledge then. Darn. Happy for you Betty and happy when you share and post.
