This topic has reappeared and we are using my book to discuss it, a 2011 publication by the Houston Museum of Fine Arts, NEW FORMATIONS, a large hardcover book, about the many aspects of Czech artistic and modern contributions during 20th century including glass, collaboration of several authors, including Jan Mergl.
We are discussing the yellow and orange fan vase, also found with a blue and red decor in the same shape by Kralik.
I have accumulated several pieces that confirm this attribution to Kralik on my site, and one has the acid applied arch mark, we consider to be by Kralik.
Why did Huston consider it to be Steinwald ???
The Cullens bought it as Steinwald?

the inspiration for my CW post here, with my book that had a glass chapter written by Jan Mergl as a collaborating author, and his attributions as image 1 and 2 shows, the yellow fan is identified as Steinwald, but the shape is missing the ring at the lower part of the fan and above the foot rest.
