#3 1959ish F-900

Well this will be it for the time being, a 1959 F-900 SuperDuty tandem dump. Started with Tonka cab, tires and bumper. The cab roof is from a Nylint that I had to widen with pie cuts front to back, and then fab a smallish rear window. I love this truck because it mimics the Tonka Big Mike that I can't afford, but in a more real scale. This is the second one, the first going to my younger son, this one's all mine!!!
I want to encourage others to step out and try building things that make you look closer at the real thing. Plus, as you get older like me, it is a good brain exercise in problem solving. Shawn
